For tilapia wrap the pieces in tin foil with some honey, lime, corn, and cilantro for an easy meal done in as little as 15 minutes. An easy shrimp option is to slide some shrimp and lemon on a skewer, spread some pesto on top and pop it on the grill.

Caprese pasta salad – Caprese pasta salad is a delicious easy side dish for any get together. Simply mix together your favorite style of pasta, some cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella cheese, sprinkle in some basil, and top off with some balsamic vinegar dressing.

Grilled zucchini – Grilled zucchini or any grilled veggie is always a healthy choice for summer BBQs. Just pick your favorite vegetable, brush on some olive oil and your favorite seasonings and you have an easy side in under 5 minutes.
