CWH is seeking a highly energetic and naturally positive team player for a very busy office.  The candidate must have previous medical office experience and the ability to understand insurance co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles.   The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy a fast pace environment and be willing to cross train for all positions within the office.  In addition, the candidate must have good computer skills.  CWH seeks outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with our patients.   Hours range between 36-40 hours /week.  Typical hours 8:30-5:30 with some Friday afternoons off.  Late stay until 6:00 pm or until last patient leaves also required on a rotating basis.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Scheduling multiple providers (16) and multiple medical services

Answering a high volume of phone calls

Welcoming and guiding all patients throughout their plan of care

Liaison between the patient and the providers

Check in, Check out

Completing disability paperwork, scanning and shredding documents

Verifying Insurance and taking Co-payments/co-insurance over the counter


Minimum Qualifications, High School graduate with 1-3 years reception/medical office experience

Prefer:  Associates Degree with 3-5 years’ experience
